 |  10/23/11 VALENTI MODIFIED RACING SERIES LEE USA SPEEDWAY LEE, NH 100 LAPS HEAT FINISH: 5TH RACE RESULTS: 21ST (WRECKED) EVENT NOTES: Tim started out the weekend strong by starting his heat race in the last position. After missing some incidents, he proceeded to work his way into 5th place at the end of the heat to earn a +5 handicap for the feature event. He started in 4th in the feature, got to 3rd place early and on a lap 31 restart, got collected by an overaggressive car that caused a pileup at the front of the field. The car suffered frame damage and suspension damage. Jordan had to retire from the event.  12/3/11 VALENTI MODIFIED RACING SERIES AWARDS BANQUET CLARION HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTER SPRINGFIELD, MA EVENT NOTES: Tim will be collecting the 2011 Rookie of the Year award for the Valenti Modified Racing Series season. Tim made all the races except for one, due to car damage sustained at an open show two days prior to the Oxford, ME event. This will be Tim's third career ROTY award. He has earned the award in every form of racing he has competed in; '02 Waterford Mini Stock, '06 Waterford Late Model, and '11 VMRS. He has then proceeded to win races and compete for titles in those divisions. Tim fully expects that from himself and his father, Patrick, in the near future. |       |
